Who we are

Chatak Jewels is a brand of Kavinel Lifestyle, a business based in India. You can reach us at hello@kavinel.com.

What we collect and why

If you join Chatak Circle we collect your name and email address, and we record that you agreed and when. We use them to email you a free 2027 calendar, and after that news about new pieces, festival news and offers. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when you open a page. We do not use advertising trackers.

Consent and how to withdraw it

You sign up by choice. You must tick a box to agree before you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can write to us and we will remove you.

Where your details are kept

In the database of this website, which is hosted by Hostinger, and in the emails we send you. We do not sell or rent your details. If we later use an email service to send newsletters, we will update this page. We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; after you unsubscribe we keep only a record that you did, so we do not email you again.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or to stop emailing you, at any time. Write to hello@kavinel.com. We handle requests under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Marketplaces

If you buy from us on Amazon.in or another marketplace, that marketplace handles your order details under its own policy. We do not receive your email address from it.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
